Apparently, despite my constant reiteration of the subject, I have just not gotten the portrait thing out of me yet. Of course, it has been a shockingly long time since I’ve posted art work here. As such, these self portraits (and one portrait of a dear friend) have been languishing for some time waiting to be seen. They span from around March 2013 to December 2014. Like as not more portraits will be forthcoming, even. For now though, these are fairly self explanatory– several additional animal portraits (I branched out a bit and even included one that wasn’t of myself :o ) as well as two additional regular self portraits.

Hi Jess, I cry when i hear your voice on these recordings, because you have a beautiful voice, but why it touches me , is your soul that comes through and it is soooo lovely.

Hi Jessie Ann, just found out Bartletts will open on Feb 2nd and I began to miss you and our little shopping sprees at Bartletts. I miss all the wonderful dishes you would make and especially miss all the complex and rich flavor. I haven’t eaten so well since then. I love you my shamaness daughter! Love the portraits.
